1. Shopping Points :
   • For every $1 spent, you will automatically earn 1 point. For example, if you buy a product worth $50, you will earn 50 points. Points are accumulated immediately after the goods are settled.
2. Sign-up bonus :
   • New users will receive a welcome bonus of 1,000 points when they register. This is not only our welcome to new users, but also our hope that you can experience our services and become a long-term customer.
3. Birthday Reward :
   • We will automatically give you 1,500 points as a birthday gift in the birthday month you provided when you registered. Please make sure your birthday information is accurate to avoid missing out on this benefit.
4. Product Reviews :
   • If you comment on the products you have purchased and pass the review, you can get 100 points for each valid comment. This not only increases the richness of the product information on the website, but also provides purchase references for other customers.
5. Member level upgrade :
   • You can upgrade your membership level by accumulating consumption or points. You will get a certain number of extra points for each level you upgrade. For example, if you upgrade from a junior member to an intermediate member, you may get 2,000 points.
6. Share and recommend :
   • Use your unique referral link to invite new users to register and complete their first purchase. You will receive 300 points, and the referred user will also receive an additional 100 points. This method not only helps us expand our user base, but also benefits you.
7. Social Media Interactions :
   • By participating in SSMTOYS’s social media activities or sharing our content, users can earn up to 500 points per week. This interaction not only strengthens the connection between the brand and the user, but also gives you the opportunity to earn points through simple interactions.
8. Special activities :
   • During certain holidays or promotions, we may launch special points events. For example, during Valentine’s Day, users who participate in certain tasks or challenges can receive extra points.

 

 

 

1. Direct deduction of consumption :
   • Each point can be used to reduce the cost of goods by $0.01. For example, with 1,000 points, you can directly reduce the purchase amount by $10. Please note that the point reduction is only applied to the product price, not shipping or taxes.
2. Free delivery :
   • When you accumulate a certain number of points (such as 1,000 points), you can get one free standard delivery service (limited to specific areas). This provides great convenience for users who make frequent purchases.
3. Coupon redemption :
   • Points can be exchanged for corresponding coupons, for example, 2,000 points can be exchanged for a coupon worth $20. These coupons can be used on future purchases, further reducing your expenses.
4. Limited edition or special offer products :
   • Some limited edition or special sex toys may need to be redeemed with points. For example, 5,000 points may be redeemed for a limited edition sex toy set.
5. Participate in the lucky draw :
   • Use your points to enter our occasional draws for a chance to win big prizes. For example, 200 points may give you a chance to win a prize of higher value.
6. Membership benefits :
   • Premium members can redeem their points for additional membership privileges, such as priority purchase of new products, additional points rewards or special discounts.

 

 

• Points validity period :
  • Points are valid for 3 years after they are earned. Unused points will be automatically forfeited upon expiration. We recommend that you check your point balance regularly to ensure timely use.
• Points are not transferable :
  • Points can only be used within your registered account and are not transferable or tradeable.
• Points accumulation limit :
  • To prevent abuse of points, the maximum number of points that can be accumulated per account per year is 100,000 points.
• Limitation on the use of points :
  • Certain activities or products may not allow the use of points for deduction or redemption. The specific information will be stated in the activity rules or product details page.
• Points reset :
  • If your account is disabled due to violation of the User Agreement, all unused points will be forfeited.

  • On the “My Points” page, you can view your points earning and usage history to help you better plan your points usage strategy.
• Points reminder :
  • We’ll alert you of expiring points or new opportunities to earn points via email or in-app notifications, ensuring you never miss a chance to use your points.
