1. Program Overview
The SSMTOYS Affiliate Partner Program allows approved publishers, website owners, bloggers, content creators, influencers, and other qualified partners to earn commissions by referring customers to SSMTOYS.
Participation is free. By applying for or participating in the program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility and Application
Applicants must:
Be at least 18 years old and meet the legal age requirements in their jurisdiction.
Provide accurate contact, website, social media, traffic source, and payment information.
Operate legitimate promotional channels with genuine audiences.
Comply with applicable laws, advertising standards, privacy requirements, and platform policies.
Promote SSMTOYS only in locations where the relevant products may legally be advertised and sold.
SSMTOYS may review, approve, reject, suspend, or terminate applications based on program eligibility, brand safety, traffic quality, and compliance.
Approval is not guaranteed. Affiliates must not begin representing themselves as approved SSMTOYS partners before receiving approval.
3. Commission Structure
The standard commission rate is 8% of eligible net merchandise sales.
Subject to written or dashboard confirmation, qualified affiliates may receive:
Starter Partner: 8%
Growth Partner: 10%
Premium Partner: 15%
Higher rates are not automatic entitlements. SSMTOYS may assess approved sales, traffic quality, customer acquisition, refund rates, and compliance before granting or renewing a higher rate.
Commission rates apply only to qualifying orders attributed to the affiliate under the program’s tracking rules.
SSMTOYS rewards affiliate partners based on their sales performance, customer acquisition, and promotional quality.
Starter Partner — 8% Commission
Successful registration grants access to the introductory partner program, subject to program compliance.
Growth Partner — 10% Commission
Growth Partners can qualify for the Elite level by generating at least 5 valid orders or $300 in eligible referred sales within a rolling 90-day period. Partners must also maintain acceptable refund rates, bring in at least 5 new customers, and comply with all affiliate program policies.
Elite Partner — 15% Commission
Growth Partners can qualify for the Elite level by generating at least 15 valid orders or $1000 in eligible referred sales within a rolling 90-day period. Partners must also maintain acceptable refund rates, bring in at least 5 new customers, and comply with all affiliate program policies.
Commission Terms
Eligible sales are calculated on the net merchandise amount after discounts, excluding shipping charges and taxes.
Canceled, refunded, fraudulent, self-referred, or otherwise ineligible orders do not qualify for commissions.
Commission upgrades apply to eligible orders placed after the new tier becomes effective. Previous orders retain the rate applicable when the orders were placed.
Affiliate performance is reviewed on a rolling 90-day basis. SSMTOYS may suspend or revoke tier eligibility in cases of fraud, policy violations, or persistently unacceptable order quality.
All commissions are subject to order validation and the applicable affiliate program terms.
SSMTOYS reserves the right to review affiliate performance and communicate any changes to program terms in accordance with the published affiliate agreement.
4. Eligible Sales and Commission Calculation
Commissions are calculated on eligible net merchandise revenue after discounts and merchandise refunds.
Sales tax, VAT, shipping charges, cancelled orders, fully refunded orders, chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, and other non-merchandise charges are excluded.
Partial refunds reduce the eligible commission proportionally.
Commissions are not earned on an order merely because a referral link was clicked. The order must be successfully paid, attributed, validated, and approved.
5. Tracking and Attribution
The standard referral cookie duration is 30 days.
The program uses last valid affiliate click attribution, subject to tracking availability and the rules configured in the affiliate system.
Where multiple affiliates refer the same customer, the last valid eligible affiliate click receives credit. An authorized affiliate coupon may be used for attribution under the program’s configured coupon rules.
Tracking may be affected by browser settings, cookie deletion, privacy restrictions, device changes, ad blockers, and other technical limitations. SSMTOYS does not guarantee that every visit or order will be tracked.
Affiliates must not manipulate attribution, overwrite other affiliates’ tracking, or use unauthorized coupon injection, forced clicks, or automatic redirects.
6. Order Validation and Payment
Commissions are subject to a standard 30-day validation period beginning from the order date, unless a documented refund, chargeback, fraud investigation, or other legitimate dispute requires additional review.
Approved commissions are scheduled for monthly payment for the preceding month’s eligible earnings.
Starting from the date of registration, commissions for the previous month will be paid out on a monthly basis, beginning in the second month, at a rate of 8%. After 90 days, any remaining unpaid commissions will be settled based on the commission tier achieved.
Payments are made through payment methods approved and available to SSMTOYS and the affiliate. Affiliates must provide accurate payment details and any legally required tax documentation.
Payment processing fees, currency conversion costs, and applicable taxes will be handled according to the disclosed payment terms and applicable law.
SSMTOYS may delay disputed commissions while investigating suspected fraud or unresolved payment issues. Undisputed, approved commissions should not be withheld without a valid reason.
7. Approved Promotional Methods
Affiliates may promote SSMTOYS through approved channels, including:
Original product reviews and comparison articles.
Product guides, buying guides, and educational content.
Adult-product review websites and relevant blogs.
Eligible social media accounts and creator channels.
Permission-based email marketing.
Approved coupon and deal websites.
Relevant communities where commercial promotion is expressly permitted.
Paid advertising methods expressly authorized by SSMTOYS.
Affiliates must provide truthful product information, use current prices and authorized discounts, and make no unsupported claims about product safety, materials, medical benefits, shipping, or guarantees.
8. Prohibited Promotional Activities
The following are prohibited:
Promoting adult products to minors or deliberately targeting underage audiences.
Spam, unsolicited bulk messages, deceptive redirects, forced clicks, or fake traffic.
Cookie stuffing, click injection, attribution manipulation, or unauthorized coupon distribution.
Fake reviews, fabricated testimonials, misleading product claims, or impersonation of SSMTOYS.
Unauthorized bidding on SSMTOYS brand names, misspellings, or confusingly similar branded search terms.
Direct linking from paid search advertisements to SSMTOYS without written permission.
Using the SSMTOYS name or logo in domains, social accounts, or advertising in a way that implies official ownership or endorsement without authorization.
Publishing illegal content, non-consensual intimate imagery, exploitative content, or content involving minors.
Advertising in prohibited jurisdictions or violating applicable laws or advertising platform policies.
Offering unauthorized discounts, cashback, incentives, or coupon combinations.
Buying products through one’s own affiliate link or arranging artificial purchases to earn commissions.
Paid search, paid social, adult ad networks, and other restricted traffic sources require prior written approval where specified by SSMTOYS.
9. Affiliate Disclosure and Content Standards
Affiliates must clearly disclose their financial relationship with SSMTOYS wherever required by law.
An example disclosure is:
“I may earn a commission when you purchase through links on this page.”
Disclosures must be clear, conspicuous, and placed close to the relevant recommendation or affiliate link.
Affiliates must not claim to be independent customers if they have been paid, received free products, or otherwise have a material relationship with SSMTOYS.
10. Coupons, Discounts, and Creative Materials
Only coupons, banners, images, product descriptions, and promotional claims authorized by SSMTOYS may be used as official program materials.
Affiliates may not alter official creatives in a misleading manner, advertise expired offers, or promise discounts that are not available at checkout.
Free products, review samples, and special promotional rates are discretionary and require prior approval.
11. Returns, Refunds, and Chargebacks
Commissions associated with cancelled, refunded, disputed, or fraudulent orders may be rejected or adjusted.
Where a commission has already been paid and a subsequent refund or chargeback occurs, SSMTOYS may offset the corresponding amount against future commissions or seek repayment where permitted by law and the applicable agreement.
12. Reporting and Audits
Affiliates must cooperate with reasonable requests for information about promotional methods, traffic sources, advertising accounts, and suspected compliance issues.
SSMTOYS may review referral records, order quality, conversion patterns, coupon usage, and traffic quality to protect the integrity of the program.
13. Suspension and Termination
SSMTOYS may suspend an affiliate account while investigating suspected fraud, unlawful promotion, brand misuse, or material breaches of these Terms.
Material or repeated violations may result in termination and rejection of commissions directly associated with fraudulent, invalid, or prohibited activity.
For ordinary termination without misconduct, approved and undisputed commissions will be handled under the normal payment terms.
14. Changes to the Program
SSMTOYS may update commission rates, promotional rules, eligible products, and program procedures by providing reasonable notice through email, the affiliate dashboard, or the program website.
Changes will apply prospectively from the stated effective date, except where a change is necessary to address fraud, legal requirements, or an immediate security risk.
Continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where legally permitted.
15. Privacy and Confidentiality
Affiliates must handle personal information lawfully and must not collect, disclose, or misuse customer information obtained through the program.
Non-public commission data, tracking information, promotional plans, and business information must be kept confidential.
16. Independent Relationship
Affiliates are independent promotional partners, not employees, agents, franchisees, or legal representatives of SSMTOYS.
Affiliates may not enter into contracts, make warranties, or incur obligations on behalf of SSMTOYS.
